Our Story
Bloom Learning Studio was founded by three passionate educators - Angela, Kanika and Hayley - each bringing over 15 years of experience in public education. Throughout our careers as classroom teachers, we have supported students from all walks of life and witnessed firsthand the extraordinary growth that happens when children feel truly seen, understood and valued.
The idea for Bloom didn’t emerge from a strategic planning session. It blossomed during a pottery class - a quiet, creative moment where our hands shaped clay and our hearts shaped a shared vision. As we talked, we reflected on the students who had left lasting impressions on us, our personal experiences with neurodivergence within our own families and the realities of being mums ourselves. In that moment, something became clear: we shared a deep commitment to helping children thrive in ways that honour who they are.
We spoke about the learners who needed to follow special interests, whose strengths offered opportunities to adjust learning pathways and the lightbulb moments we saw when they felt successful and supported. Piece by piece, just like the clay before us, the vision for Bloom took shape. That day, Bloom Learning Studio was born - a nurturing and inclusive learning space grounded in:
deep teaching expertise;
personal understanding of neurodivergence;
the insight and empathy that comes with motherhood;
a shared belief that every child can flourish with the right support.
At Bloom, our mission is to create a nurturing space where minds of all kinds are supported to grow with confidence, joy and pride, one bloom at a time.
